We make a a thorough and comprehensive evaluation of your substance use and needs to requalify
We charge $550 credit card payment, or $535 cash, for our services. This payment pays for all work we perform. Referral costs are separate and paid to person or organization we referred you to.
First you will meet with a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) for an evaluation. We will assess the circumstances that caused your violation, complete a comprehensive evaluation, as per DOT regulations, and recommend the next steps to get you back into DOT compliance.
Once the evaluation is completed, we will discuss the recommendation and reason for option chosen. You will be referred to an educational intervention or a treatment program. We will guide you through this process with written recommendations.
Once you’ve successfully completed the SAP’s recommendations and any required follow-up testing, you’ll undergo a return-to-duty evaluation. This evaluation determines if you’re fit to return to safety-sensitive duties.
Even though it is not required to be an addiction counselor to be a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) evaluator, it’s best to have an expert. We are licensed independently as an addiction counselor as well as licensed independent social worker.
